Cessna's "Tweasure Hunt" at Oshkosh AirVenture 2010

AirVenture is huge. So huge, it's hard to see everything the show has to offer. But each year, airplane-loving visitors walk countless miles in an attempt to experience all of the excitement. This year, Cessna is adding a bit more fun to your Oshkosh explorations with the Cessna AirVenture "Tweasure Hunt".

Here's how it works: throughout the morning on Wednesday, July 28th, we'll send out descriptions of certain items - "Tweasures" - to be found on the AirVenture grounds. The first person to present a photo of that item at the Tweasure Hunt Check-in point at the Cessna booth will win a prize. There will be five such opportunities to find a Tweasure, and the contest will run until all five items are found or until the official AirVenture closing time for the day, whichever comes first.

The five prizes available are:

     • A Cessna Skycatcher scale model (total of 2 will be awarded)
     • A $25 gift certificate to the Cessna gift shop
     • A Cessna journal book
     • A Cessna briefcase

But you have a decision to make. You can attempt to claim one of the individual prizes by finding just one of the Tweasures…or you can attempt to be the first person to find all five Tweasures and win an Apple iPad®! Each person may win only once, so if you claim one of the individual prizes; you’ll be ineligible for the Grand Prize iPad.

The Tweasure descriptions will be communicated via our two official Twitter feeds (@fly_cessna and @GetInTheAir), and on our Learn To Fly Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Cessna-Pilot-Centers/297395567161, so make sure you’re following at least one of those outlets if you plan to participate.

As always, please be courteous of others during the contest, and respect all of the beautiful airplanes and other property out there. You’ll find a link to the complete list of official Tweasure Hunt rules and restrictions below.

Happy tweasure hunting!
