Cessna Aircraft Company does not approve any unauthorized use of its common law and federally protected intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, and patents. Cessna will aggressively pursue a permanent injunction and damages, including, but not limited to, attorney fees and court costs, from parties violating these rights.
