Florida’s Citation Service Center
The FAA Diamond award-winning Orlando Citation Service Center is a 187,000-square-foot facility, making it the largest Citation Service Facility outside of Wichita. The facility was established in 1978 in West Palm Beach and then moved to Orlando in 1983. In 2004, the Service Center expanded from a previous facility at the Orlando International Airport into a new, larger state-of-the-art building. It includes 123,000 square feet of hangar space, an expanded aircraft ramp with underground refueling facilities, environmental control systems throughout the facility, specially equipped wash bays, customer courtesy offices, and a fully equipped classroom for advanced employee training.
Orlando Citation Service Center also offers ServiceDirect, a mobile service offering allowing customers to receive service at their jet’s location. Field support is also available through Citation’s AOG Go Teams, Air Response Team, HomeService, and Temporary Personnel Support.
Meet Our Team
While the size of our Orlando facility is impressive, it’s really just a product of ensuring that each Citation customer gets the best service experience possible. Each customer has a unique set of needs that require personalized, quality service to meet, and that’s what we offer. Our large facility allows us the flexibility to accept both scheduled and unscheduled, drop-in maintenance customers. We have two separate crew groups working on the floor at all times, one for scheduled maintenance and one exclusively for drop-ins and house calls.
As General Manager, Dan oversees all operations of the Orlando Service Center ensuring employee and customer welfare and satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing
As the Area Sales and Marketing Manager, David does anything in his power to meet and exceed our customers’ needs, including scheduling and coordinating engine overhauls/inspections, scheduling airframe maintenance inspections, and providing personalized customer service.
As Orlando’s Maintenance Manager, Bob works closely with customers to meet their maintenance requirements as expected.
John handles oversight management of our Inspection Department and manages implementation of environmental, health, and safety policies within our Service Center.
