In that case, let us come to you. Our Mobile Service program introduces a whole new concept in on-the-go aircraft maintenance. Everything we do in our Service Centers — from scheduled maintenance to engine overhauls to troubleshooting and repair — we can do wherever you are.
Mobile Service Units
Our MSU vehicles are equipped with everything required for both scheduled and unscheduled Citation service. These jet service trucks are fully stocked for every Citation model, ready to perform up to Phase 4 inspections, RVSM checks, engine, tire, and brake service — all at your location. Save time, lower costs, and reduce flight cycles with our MSU program.

Air Response Team
Our Air Response Team (ART) dispatches a Citation jet–support aircraft to rush technicians and parts to restore stranded aircraft to service. We’ve serviced hundreds of AOG situations this way throughout North America.
ART services are available 18 hours a day, 7 days a week including most holidays, with a five-hour reach. Help doesn’t come quicker than this.
GO Team
Citation Service Center GO Teams bring Citation expertise and diagnostics to wherever your jet is. Once a problem is diagnosed, the GO Team dispatches the appropriate technicians and parts to quickly return your aircraft to flight status.
GO Teams aren’t only for AOG situations. GO Teams are available to provide a full range of Citation services and to address any maintenance situation.
HomeService
HomeService is a service program to address the need for long-term dedicated support at customer locations. Our HomeService pod is a self-contained unit staffed with a Citation-certified technician that will reside anywhere in your hangar, fully equipped with a portable office, equipment, and tools.
HomeService provides in-house, dedicated support, routing maintenance, and minor inspections services, and can be customized to fit your specific requirements.
Temporary Personnel Support
Through the Temporary Personnel Support service package, Citation-certified technicians will come work for you with all the tools, equipment, and parts needed to meet your short-term Citation-maintenance requirements. On a short-term basis, your in-house team of technicians will be at your disposal for daily inspections, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
