Our philosophy of service is simple: we keep your aircraft flying. We have a global presence of 15 Cessna-owned Citation Service Centers, 39 authorized Citation Service Facilities, and more than 300 Cessna-Authorized Propeller Service Facilities. It’s a worldwide network with thousands of expert service engineers offering maintenance, inspections, parts, repairs, avionic upgrades, equipment installations, refurbishments, and other specialized services. We also offer ServiceDirect, which is a mobile service program where we come to you. ServiceDirect introduces a whole new concept of on-the-go aircraft maintenance available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the life of your aircraft.

Field Service

Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are a global network of experienced Citation Engineers dedicated to maintaining the operational readiness of the Citation fleet. Each Citation is assigned to a specific Field Service Engineer who lives near the aircraft’s normal base of operation.

Citation Hot Line

The Citation Hot Line is the primary back-up for your assigned Field Service Engineer (FSE) that is a resident of your area. We are a logical point of contact when your local FSE is unavailable. The Hot Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service Engineers have been selected for their technical training and experience to provide exclusive technical support for all Citation models.
